We’re serious about Feng Shui, 9 Star Ki and the five-elements - but we’re lighthearted, open-minded, and just a little bit woo-woo, too. As sisters, we make a great team, and we love welcoming clients into our family for one-of-a-kind collaborations that tend to space, spirit, and soul.
We’ll analyze your unique makeup by reading your Nine Star Ki numbers. Then, step by step, we’ll bring aesthetic and energetic balance into your home and into your life. And, we’ll have a lot of fun while doing it.
As sisters, our work has always been shaped by how our strengths fit together. Virginia brings an intuitive, energetic, and creative approach, while Natalie offers grounded structure, organization, and practical guidance. Together, we combined Interior Design, Feng Shui, and Nine Star Ki to create a practice focused on homes that feel aligned and supportive. Our shared path allows us to bring meaning, clarity, and intention to every space we work with.
I spent the first decade of my career in the oil and gas industry, building a life that was structured, dependable, and highly organized. That environment taught me responsibility, systems thinking, teamwork, and how to manage complex projects with consistency and care. Over time, however, I felt myself changing while the work remained the same, and I began to crave creativity, meaning, and a deeper sense of purpose.
In 2020, our family relocated to Victoria, and I stepped away from corporate life for good. Virginia and I created the first iteration of Ellis Kelly Interiors, blending her design background with the Feng Shui studies she was pursuing at the time. I initially approached the work with curiosity and healthy skepticism, grounded in practicality and logic. When Virginia completed the Mindful Design program, something shifted for me as well, and a year later I enrolled myself. I quickly discovered that Feng Shui was not abstract or mystical, but clear, observant, and logical. Nine Star Ki revealed consistent energetic patterns that felt both logical and intuitive, reshaping how I understood people, behaviour, and the environments they inhabit.
The years that followed brought profound personal and professional change. A home invasion altered our understanding of safety and what true sanctuary means. Witnessing Virginia rebuild both her home and nervous system made the work more tangible and urgent, reinforcing that homes must protect, steady, restore, and quietly support healing and resilience.
Today, I oversee the operational backbone of our studio while practising modern Feng Shui, Nine Star Ki, and elemental design alongside our design work. I bring grounded structure and thoughtful execution to each project, ensuring that vision translates into realistic planning and consistent follow-through. In client work, I focus on helping people understand how their homes can practically support flow, organization, and long-term ease.
My role is to bridge intuition with implementation, insight with action, and vision with delivery. In sessions and projects, I’m especially attentive to patterns, practical constraints, and how systems function over time, helping clients translate understanding into clear, manageable next steps. I value creating a steady, supportive process so clients feel confident as they move forward.
I love watching clients grow more comfortable and assured in their spaces and in their choices. Being part of that unfolding, both practically and personally, is deeply meaningful to me. Seeing a home settle into a place of ease, clarity, and belonging never loses its reward.
I have loved homes for as long as I can remember. Not just the beautiful details, but the feeling of a space. The shift in the air. The way a room can welcome you or quietly hold you at a distance. In my Grade 9 yearbook, I wrote that I wanted to be an Interior Designer, not knowing the long and winding road that would eventually lead me here.
My life changed profoundly when my father passed away one month before my first son was born. Becoming a mother while losing a parent reshaped how I understood home. It revealed the difference between a house and a sanctuary. Home became the place where you land when life feels tender, overwhelming, or uncertain. That understanding continues to shape how I approach every project.
After my divorce, I returned to university to formally study Interior Design. I loved the creative process and technical rigor, yet sensed something deeper was missing. I could design a beautiful room, but I couldn’t always explain why certain spaces felt alive, calm, and supportive while others felt disconnected or flat. That question stayed with me until I enrolled in my first Feng Shui course during a summer break. From the very first class, the language finally matched what I had always intuitively felt about space.
I continued my training through Mindful Design in 2020, studying how energy, layout, light, and materiality influence wellbeing and nervous system regulation. Later, I deepened this work through House Therapy with Amanda Gibby Peters, expanding my ability to read homes holistically and guide clients through meaningful spatial transformation. My sister eventually joined me in this work, and together we refined an approach that integrates intuitive awareness with clear design strategy and practical implementation.
Today, our practice blends modern Feng Shui, Nine Star Ki, and Full-Service Interior Design to create homes that truly support the people who live within them. We help clients clarify how they want to feel in their space, identify energetic and functional blockages, and translate that insight into thoughtful layouts, material choices, colour stories, and daily rituals that feel natural and sustainable. Whether guiding a full renovation, a Feng Shui Consultation, or a personal Nine Star Ki reading, our goal is always the same: to create environments that feel grounded, nourishing, and deeply aligned with your life and rhythms.
We believe home should be a source of steadiness, beauty, and renewal. A place that quietly supports your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self. It’s a privilege to create spaces that hold people through change, growth, and everyday living.
We believe every home holds an energetic story. As Interior Designers and Feng Shui practitioners, our work is to listen, observe, and gently shift what’s already there. We design through the lens of modern Feng Shui, Nine Star Ki, and elemental flow, creating spaces that support the way you want to feel. It may sound complex, but the process is beautifully simple. Through thoughtful, energy-centered design, we help your home feel calm, aligned, and deeply yours. Before we go any further, settle in and get comfortable - we’d love to share who we are.
After studying the principles of Feng Shui, we both live in homes that allow our energy to flow and our spirits to soar. It’s our mission to design spaces where others can feel the same sense of peace and belonging. We won’t rest until our clients feel spiritually aligned and at home.
